When someone decides to invest in Real Estate and they start doing their research, they are bombarded with so many investment strategies that they end up not choosing at all. Then when they talk to me they ask me what strategy is the best to invest in. My response is always "it depends"! It really does depend on what you are looking at for your long-term goals and outlook is. What is it that you what real estate to do for you.
