REAL TALK: I used to be so afraid of weighing myself, but what I didn’t realize at the time was that I was letting the numbers hold me back from achieving my goals because I got caught up in what I “thought” I should weigh and then lost motivation and gave up when I wasn’t there yet. That was before I knew these few simple yet POWERFUL tools that changed how I viewed the scale and made me feel confident again. This is exactly what I’m sharing with you today so that you can feel empowered instead of defeated my the dang scale. ;)
