In Part 2 we pick up where we left off with a review of our “Last Will and Testament” case. It’s a case that rocked and terrified the great state of South Carolina. It’s the rare occurrence when a community is aware that a serial killers is at work, right under their noses. Who is next and how many lives will he claim before they finally catch the killer. We have gone back and added the actual phone calls that the victims family received from the killer.
