Why is it necessary to sustain velocity, and how can we make sure our athletes are getting enough of it? Recovery is a wildly misunderstood concept in softball pitching. Oftentimes, we think that more is more when it comes to training. It’s important to understand that demanding what we do from our pitchers means we MUST start supporting the recovery needs that go with it.
