I say this with lots of love! I used to think I was maxed out because my rates were considered “above average” Looking back now I think it’s SO SILLY that I thought I was maxed out, that I couldn’t dare raise my rates any higher because I was already a little more than average in my area.

Ive been in the industry for over 15 years now
The first 8 years I worked in the salon and did weddings on the weekends
At the same time for about 5 years I Studied Business building, branding, marketing and sales strategies. I loved studying Franchise concepts! I was fascinated with how they worked
I got burnt out working at the salon
Decided to put my business knowledge to the test and created built a Bridal Beauty Team in California, then I built a team in Hawaii
2020 happened
Shifted to branding myself as a solo artists and expanded to 3 new destination locations in my state
Continued to fine tune my branding and marketing so that I could eventually arrive at charging premium to luxury rates in locations where my prices are 2-4 times higher than average
I’ve used these same Branding, Marketing & Sales strategies over the last 15 years to fill up my calendar with dream Brides and have expanded to new locations and markets 4 times already (Hawaii, Lake Tahoe, Big Sur and Yosemite National Park)
