Which layers of ignorance if unveiled, we experience our Self as divine light? எந்த அறியாமையின் நிலைகளை நீக்கினால் நாம் தெய்வவீக ஒளியாக பிரகாசிக்கலாம்?
Guru‑tattva arose on this sacred land of India. Gu signifies ignorance, and Ru signifies the light that dispels it. Just as outer darkness is removed by a lamp, the inner shadows of desire, anger, greed, delusion, pride, and jealousy must be cleared for the radiance of the Self to shine unobstructed. When these impurities veil our inner light, we forget our divine essence and even lose sight of our basic humanity, slipping into instinctive, animal-like tendencies.
To live as a true human being is to rise above these lower impulses. After journeying through countless forms and evolving through many layers of consciousness, we have finally attained this rare human birth. In this very lifetime, we must fulfil our responsibilities and complete the purpose for which we have come.
The Vedas, Vedanta, Upanishads, and the Bhagavad Gita all proclaim that when we trust our own inner strength, we become capable of the extraordinary. By awakening to the boundless potential within, we discover that the world itself becomes an expression of our awakened consciousness.
