Bereavement is an often overlooked part of hospice care.  Today we’re talking with bereavement counselor Isabel Stenzel, discussing the importance of the bereavement care hospice agencies provide after the death of a patient.  Our special guest is Isabel Stenzel.  Isabel is an author, bereavement social worker, health educator, and patient advocate. She has worked for more than a decade with organizations such as the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford, supporting patients of all ages and their families.
