I literally used to look in the mirror and wonder why I kept gaining my weight back. I was so frustrated. I had spent so much money, time, and effort losing weight. I worked hard to food prep, tolerate being HUNGRY, and felt so much pride as I lost the weight.
I always told myself “this is the last time”, the weight is staying off FORVER. Then I gained it back. I felt defeated.
