Q: Why does fear of change often times outweigh the pain of change?

A: It’s the fear of the unknown. Fear holds you still and places you as a victim. To break free know you have to be in charge of how you respond.

Identify all the different scenarios and how you would respond to each one. Many times when we start thinking through situations and the steps to how we would respond it changes us from victim to circumstances to victor by choice.

Until the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change, most people will stay where they are because of the fear of change.
