Nigeria, also known as Africa's giant is widely known for its petroleum production and exportation as a major source of the nation’s economy .It remains the largest oil producer in Africa and the 12th largest producer in the world. Nigerians can be found in every part of the globe greatly representing the nation in different sectors such as entertainment, education, and business but there is also a global perception that Nigerian nationals are associated with wrongdoing/ criminal activities such as crime, drug dealing human trafficking and more. Why is this so and is this a fair perception?
