Celebrate the plateau. The first plateau is a signal that says, "The changes you made have run their course. It's time for more change to make more progress." While a plateau is a good progress marker, it can be difficult to overcome if you haven't experienced one before. To move past a plateau you'll need to make specific changes that address the adaptations made by the body.
