Ramadan is the time of year that more that 1.8 billion of the world’s population look forward to every year, a time when family, friends and even strangers come together to share food, stories and experiences. To pray together as one, side by side every night at tarawih, to experience Lailat al Qadr, the Night of Power. Of course this year it will be very different, with much of the world still under lockdown as we come to grips with the pandemic. This month will be different but this unique situation will make it even more transformative, for each one of us. Sally Mousa shares her thoughts on why the Holy Month under lockdown could be the most spiritual one yet.
