I don't know about you but growing up I head a lot about God, a little about Jesus and hardly anything about the Wonderful Holy Sprit. 
He is not lesser than! In fact Jesus himself said it was better off If He went away so He (Holy Spirit), the helper and spirit of truth could come. 
We need the Holy Ghost, we need His baptism with the evidence of speaking in tongues!
