I've been lucky enough to call today's guest a friend over the past few years through some interactions on social media. Having him agree to join me on the podcast was absolutely awesome.

Following Zach Even-Esh on social media I've been known to comment on a few of his posts, tune into a few of his Instagram lives and borrow some of his training tips and each and every time Zach has been a super gracious and humble dude.

This podcast is no exception.

After a full day of work and a quick dog walk Zach was kind enough to give me over an hour of his time to share his thoughts on family, business, and training. Admittedly I feel like I left a lot of meat on the bone with this podcast as Zach is a wealth of knowledge and he has so much to share. However I am confident that we will set up for round II in the near future and we can dive deeper into Zach's story.
