Jenna is a long-time ACT practitioner who is a co-founder at the Portland Psychotherapy Clinic. Apart from being a luminary in the world of contextual behavioral science, giving advanced workshops on building expertise with ACT skills, and valuing in ACT, Jenna has co-founded an innovative private clinic in Oregon that offers psychotherapy as well as does private research and has set up their own research ethics review process. On the podcast we talk about Jenna's history in coming to ACT, where Jenna was initially engaged with attachment theory research, conducting strange situation, separation paradigm experiments.
