The Sad Reality.

We still live In a time where it is still common place for a younger woman to look at her dreams of entering into careers of engineering, welding and automotive as an extremely difficult accomplishment. They may have been discouraged, or flat out told they will never be able to achieve it for whatever lame reason.

Change is Here. 

After becoming the first and youngest female champion in the Skip Barber Racing Series at age 14 AND the first woman to win a NASCAR Track Championship at Motor Mile Speedway in her division in 2015, Julia Landauer shares her inspiration and passion for motivating younger woman across the globe towards a career path by way of reaching their full potential in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

Tina Smith is an accomplished mechanic and automotive technician who shares her incredible story as a single mother who never quit and moved onto a successful career in the automotive industry with TechForce Foundation.
