What are the benefits? The benefits are that if we're mindful that every time a problem comes up, it's an opportunity. I'm not trying to sound like a self-help person here, but BG is the origin of all self-help. So, the fact is when we get challenges, and we're able to be self-realized in the way that we deal with them, and not react emotionally, but react methodically or act methodically, towards solving them. As an example, here's a guiding principle that helps me, and that is that 'workarounds bring turnarounds'.

There are two sides to this, to a challenge that may come because somebody has a different idea than I do. One is, on one side of the spectrum, there's making an ultimatum, and that means unless we do it my way, we're not going to do it at all, which I found to be wholly unproductive. Because there's a way in which, once I say that, once I utter those words, I've painted my—well, I don't want to use a cliche—I've committed myself to not participating unless it's my way, and that stops the progress generally.
