The new Amazon Fresh store has ‘Dash Carts’

Couple of years ago, Amazon opened Amazon Go, a high-tech, partially automated chain of convenience stores. The main talking point about the Go stores is its proprietary "Just Walk Out" technology, which allows customers to purchase products and walk out of the store, without either being checked out by a cashier or a self-checkout station. Last week, Amazon took another big step in the retail market by launching the first Amazon Fresh store in Los Angeles. Several more will open soon in other cities, including Irvine and Northridge in California and Naperville in Chicago....
