Today is July 6, 2025. I went for a walk around Jersey City with Prince and Eve. During our dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, Prince spoke about how fame affected his ability to eat in public back in Minneapolis.
The conversation turned to me.
Eve asked: What was your life like in Galilee? Did you face the same kind of fame? Were there even restaurants?
In this first entry of my personal diary series, I reflect on what life was like before the crucifixion narrative overtook my story. I speak about what we ate, where we ate, and who was welcome at the table.
