If you are interested in the product, your enthusiasm will naturally come across to the customer and they will buy the product from you. Conversely, if there is no interest in the product, the enthusiasm of the salesperson may not be conveyed to the customer, no matter how loudly and smoothly he or she explains the product to the customer. However, it would be difficult to force the salesperson to be interested in the product if he or she is not interested in the product. So salespeople do not need to worry too much about this problem.
