Rich Roll QUIT his job in his 40's. Then he started over completely. He went from lawyer to extreme athlete, bestselling author, podcaster, a speaker and more. I went on his podcast recently. And now we're airing it here. We talked all about this idea of giving yourself permission to switch passions (or follow the one you've always dreamed of). Because it's never too late. I've switched careers in my 20's, 30's, 40's and 50's. I'll keep reinventing until I die. That's how you stay alive. BUT you also don't want to have to be at the bottom when you start over. So we talk about that too.

Here's a list of things you'll learn about:

How to do what people told you you never could do

What to do when your fear of other people's opinion is bigger than your will to change your life

Why fear is IMPORTANT in reinvention

How to get the courage you need every day

My upcoming book, "Skip The Line" and my latest book "Think Like A Billionaire"

Rich's story of leaving his job in his 40's and starting over

How to transfer skills from one job to a new one

The importance of experimentation

How to believe in yourself

How to come up with ideas for reinvention (and how to know which ideas are good ones)

Goal setting (when NOT to do it. And when to do it)

Hot to discover what you actually like doing in life

ALSO, make sure you get yourself this snack for quarantine. I'm obsessed. It's OutStanding Foods "Pigless Pork Rinds" (aka it's vegan). It tastes delicious. And it's full of protein. So you can feel good about snacking on it. I worked out a special deal for you. Just go to think link PigOutWithJames.com
