I love this meditation. It speaks to your higher self, your ID, your true being, consciousness, the spirit. It's whatever resonates with you. 

I use this to ask my higher self a question when I need guidance. We have all been through so much these past few years and uncertainty has been prevalent. Asking your higher being in your Tree of Knowledge for guidance is powerful and meaningful.
