Examples like the rich young ruler, wandering disciples, Judas, Peter, Demas, and the church of Laodicea teach us that choosing what feels easier often costs us spiritual depth, courage, and relational trust in Jesus. Grace invites us to break away from self-preservation and challenges us to be willing to show up, face inconvenience, and release what God has placed on our lives for the sake of others.
