The FSBO Conundrum – Sell It Yourself or Hire a Pro

Many Real Estate Professionals avoid working with For Sale by Owners (FSBOs) because they don’t have a clear understanding of HOW or WHY they should consider helping them. For instance; out of every 100 Homeowners that begin the task of Selling on their Own — only 2 of them  (yup, that’s right, just  two out of the entire 100) will end up selling and netting more $$ than if they had hired a Pro to do the work for them. Of the remaining 98 original sellers; 10 of them will end up changing their minds and not selling while 18 of them will end up selling on their own but NETTING less than if they had just Hired a Pro. There is overwhelming evidence that supports the fact that FSBO’s will end up netting more $$ by Hiring a Pro than selling on their own yet many will continue give fate a chance.  Join me for this episode of the “HOW TO SELL MORE HOUSES” Podcast and you’ll learn how to effectively tap into the FSBO Market in an easy and profitable way…..Enjoy the Episode and Happy Learning, Scot
