🦋Intro: Intuitive downloads are a form of intuitive revelation where profound insights or guidance are received in a way that transcends ordinary thought processes.
It can feel like a sudden burst of clarity, inspiration, or intuitive knowledge. It’s a transformative moment when I gain deep insights, understanding, or heightened awareness about a particular subject or aspect of my life.
Here, I receive a sudden influx of information, insights, or knowledge directly into my consciousness. This information always comes from a higher source, such as God, the angelic realm, or my higher self.

Today's Episode: "Intuition & Solitude"

Hi Guys, I hope you’re all well and thriving. Whoa, it’s been a minute since my last podcast (four months, to be exact).
So, I was encouraged. No, I was not encouraged. My angels pretty much forced me (with love, of course) to take a little hiatus from all forms of social networking. For whatever reason, they felt I needed to pull back my energy and refocus myself on more important things.
The funny thing is, I used to ignore these types of “nudges” from my guides by tuning out any weird sensations I would feel within my body. I would say out loud, “Calm down, everything is fine,” and “Stop being so paranoid,” and then… BOOM! I’d find myself caught up in some energetic f*ckery, which often left me depleted, depressed, or discombobulated.
Thankfully, that was many lessons ago. I am fully aligned with my intuition and will not hesitate to remove my energy whenever called. I trust my angels are only trying to help and protect me. Although, I may not fully understand (at the time); the reason why I’m being asked to pivot, so abruptly - I always trust that things will eventually come to Light. And they do. So yeah, if something isn’t energetically aligned with me, or if someone doesn’t have my best interest at heart – my angels or guides will pluck me out of that situation and place me on a new path.
With that, I highly encourage everyone to follow their intuition and listen to those nudges from your guides – you might spare yourself from any uncomfortable or unnecessary situations. Also, don’t be afraid to remove your energy from any (person, place, or thing); if it means maintaining your happiness or peace of mind.
· So, if you feel called to take a break from social media (for a day, a month, or a year) – do it.
· If you feel called to leave a job, a relationship, or a friendship; because it feels empty, stagnate, or most importantly – toxic. Definitely, do it.
· If you feel called to start setting Boundaries or Raising your Standards – do it.
Lastly, please don’t ignore the blatant and clear signs – aka the “red flags.” These signs are laid out on a golden platter by (God, source, and universe); specifically for those who insist on ignoring their intuition. And if you continue to ignore these blatant signs of truth, my friend, then round and round, you’ll go into another karmic cycle of more lessons to be learned.
Alright, let’s briefly talk about solitude. Since I feel both intuition and solitude go hand-in-hand. So, solitude is powerful. When you spend time in solitude, your intuition becomes stronger and louder. Solitude is the foundation of self-love. In solitude, you meet yourself, where you can embrace and appreciate your own company. There is healing within solitude, and healing is a beautiful gift to the human soul. So, speak to your soul and listen to your heart; the answers will always be found in that beautiful space of solitude.
