Today's Episode: "Let's Talk about...NRG Exchange & STE’s {Spiritual Sex - Part III}

Any time we are intimate with a new partner, unbeknownst to human perception, we are recipients of that person - what I like to call “Double J’s.” We absorb their joy and their junk, their positivity and their negativity. There is a subtle (and sometimes not so subtle), energy exchange; that occurs during intercourse; that intermingles both person’s energy and DNA. Each subsequent time we are intimate, we take on more of their energy as our own, leaving parts of our energy in theirs. 

So this means that their worries, anxieties, insecurities, traumas, and fractured or unhealthy thought patterns - become impressions in our auric field. Until they are cleansed or the energy ties are cut - from each subsequent partner. Women often experience evidence of this through imbalances in feelings of attachment after sex. Both men and women experience evidence of this after ending relationships; with lovers, we’ve had continual sexual relations. It often manifests as heartbreak, depression, unworthiness, anger, vindictiveness, and unhealthy attachments.

Just like the phrase, “you are what you eat”; the same goes for energy, “you are what you vibrate”. Suppose you choose to use your sexual energy in a promiscuous or reckless way. In that case, you will tend to attract reckless and promiscuous sexual partners - and listen; nobody is judging because we’ve ALL been there - myself included. On the flip side, if you choose to use your sexual energy healthily and consciously, then you will attract high-vibing, healthy, and conscious sexual partners. This is often true for those who choose to be celibate. Being celibate does not mean completely sustaining from sex; it means you’ve made a conscious decision to protect and purify your sexual energy. Sharing only with those who vibrate at the same sexual frequency as you do (on a physical or etheric level), along with many others, is where I proudly stand and resonate, as well. 

Ok, so what happens when you have formed a sexual energy exchange in a healthy and meaningful relationship? If two partners are happy, healthy, and well-balanced (emotionally and spiritually), what I like to call an “even energy exchange’ “occurs where both partners’ auric fields can be strengthened with divine love and enlightenment. This is the true epitome of sexual healing! And if you wish to be a sexual healer, make sure you are healthy and whole on all levels before intertwining your energetic field with your partner’s and vice versa! 

Lastly, be kind and gentle with yourself. This is never a place for judgment. We all have a past, but the most important is “the now,” when you know better, you do better. You make better choices to be the healthiest, most healed, and most aware version of yourself.
