I speak about my inspiration to dedicate my life to uplifting humanity in a meaningful way, after my involvement with a transformational youth leadership development organisation in my early twenties. 

I share my journey to arriving at a place where, after a long period of consulting and coaching to organisations of all kinds, I realised for the benefit of my soul and for the planet I had to focus on helping leaders and organisations who genuinely wanted to make a positive difference in the world.
