Mental Strength Conversations is a weekly podcast where I have real unedited conversations with female athletes over 30, amateur and pro, to reveal how their mental strength is key to their success on and off the Field of Play.   We'll talk about the mindset and habits they have, and how they get the best from themselves no matter what life throws at them. They'll share stories of their successes and failures, what they've learned in the process and what actions you can take right now to become mentally strong yourself.   This show is about inspiring you to achieve your goals whether you feel like they're just a dream now, you couldn't possibly do it, fit it into your busy schedule with work and family or even be good enough to take the first step.     It doesn't matter if you're an athlete, a mum, a business professional or entrepreneur Mental Strength Conversations can be applied by you right now so you can perform at your best.
