The origin-story of this podcast. We sit down to introduce ourselves and outline what the Who Back When podcast is all about.

Back in July of 2013, the founding members of Who Back When, A Doctor Who Podcast (or DocPast™),  Leon(ponken) and (Flap)Jack, sat down to discuss the origin story of their show, to introduce themselves and outline what the podcast was going to be all about. Had they grown up watching Doctor Who? Did they profess to be experts? Did they have a favourite Doctor? Well, all those questions and more were answered.

But then six and a half years passed during which the show regenerated a couple of times. It took on a new and improved format; along the way more friends joined the cast; we were equipped with proper mics and learned how to edit. And thus we felt that it was about time we revamped this introduction. 

Fret not, though! We haven't wiped that original recording from our memory banks. In fact, you can still hear it at the end of this new one.

This Introduction Episode neatly summarises the raison d'être of our show, so give it a listen now! And then treat your earballs to fifteen minutes of some of the most representative clips we could dig up, before travelling back in time and hearing that original intro.
