Welcome everybody to The Courageous Podcast, I cannot wait to introduce you to this space. I want to share why I created this podcast. And the truth is, in my experience for well over a decade leading literally thousands of people - both directly & indirectly in traditional and entrepreneurial businesses in various levels of leadership, something became very obvious to me. The ones who make it. The ones who climb to the top. The ones who see the greatest success. The ones who feel the most fulfilled. The ones who make the most money. The ones who impact the most people. They all have something in common. They combine strategy with courage in all that they do.

We are living in a world where it has never been easier to start a business, grow a business, make more businesses, and literally everything you need can be found on google. So if this is true, which is most certainly is, why aren't more people living the life they dream of? Why aren't more people feeling fulfilled? Why aren't more people spending the majority of the time leveraging what they are naturally passionate and excited about? And in my opinion, it's because of a messy combination of being raised into pre-determined models of what life Is supposed to look like, based on what we were taught in school, what our parents wanted for us or taught to us, societal expectations, employer or industry influences and what we grew up actually believing was real and possible.

So what you can expect from the show, is a fierce combination of strategy that you can apply to what you are creating, and how to peak your own level of courage in order to make it all happen. Because it's one thing to have a plan, but it is next level have what it takes to show up powerfully, boldly and courageously. Let's do this!
