My name is Rob Cohen, and my mission is to share more than 100,000 hours I gained in almost 30 years of experience in the industry. 

I'll share a series of short and sharp episodes on property valuation with you. I'll provide you with market trends, data, and intel to leverage your daily work, role, manage risk, or simply get a better understanding of the industry. High profile guests from global institutions within the industry will help me on this task. 

My journey in the property market started at the age of 16, when I got an opportunity for a summer internship in Wembley and Harrow in Northwest London. Five years later, I got a Building Surveying Degree at Westminster University. After sending countless emails and banging all the doors, I got a position at CBRE, one of the largest real estate companies in the world, where I had a fantastic journey of tremendous learning. I went on to become a Chartered Valuation Surveyor, and after I left CBRE, I joined MJ Group International, where we developed into one of the Leading Independent Valuation advisory companies across Europe.
