Don't be nice to everyone you know, but be nice to everyone that you meet. Nice people finish last, because there are individuals out there who are manipulative, lie, steal, cheat & take advantage of you. I share my opinion on why being nice to everyone and letting people like this off the hook creates more problems for society over the long term. The sooner we start holding "bad" people accountable for their actions, the sooner they change their behavior for the better. Thank you for listening.
