Following up on Mondays listener Q&A we take a deep dive on Brandon_runs_the_worlds question:


"I run 6 days a week and do no strength training. What's the best way to ease into strength?"


Now I know Brandon personally and his transformation is incredible!


He's lost a ton of weight and it's primarily been through a calorie deficit and incorporating running....


But now he wants to mix in some strength training!


Well here I break down all of the details on how I would coach him, what the plan would look like and my concerns as a coach working with someone I know has such a strong love for running!
