USL has spurred a lot of growth in the game in small and middle markets, but when they decided to try in Chattanooga, the existing infrastructure, at least for now, has proven to be much stronger. Today Pete talks to Andrew Bresee and Matt Coniglio, longtime members of the Chattahooligans, an independent supporters group for NPSL side Chattanooga FC. It's the quintessential American success story in Grassroots soccer, so we talk about what got the club to the success it holds today, what's coming in the future, and what USL's injection into the city with their own club says about some of US Soccer's biggest issues.
