Hola mi gente, welcome to “The Aguacate Chronicles”, I’m your host Giraldo Luis Alvaré. You know I’m all about celebrating cultura and one thing at the center of it is food. Arroz - Rice, Pernil - Pork, Frijoles - Beans, Tostones - Plantains and the inspiration to the show Aguacate, Avocados. A favorite in the Alvaré household. I’m going to stop here because my stomach is growling so much it sounds like conga drums.
Seriously though, food unites us, it brings us together so I invited mi hermano Daso El Afro Caribeño, CEO of Dekora Digital, Piragua Artspace and Brand to help break this down.
