Dad the Man

001 COLLIN CRANE of Miss State Basketball S&C

Listen Later

Collin Crane is the head strength and conditioning coach for the men's basketball team at Mississippi State University. In this episode we talk mentors and success, marriage and fatherhood, and everything in between. Collin played college hoops at Carson Newman University. He coached at the Florida, Missouri State, and UT Chattanooga in different capacities before landing his current role at Mississippi State, where he is rolling into his fifth season with the team. Collin takes an exceptional amount of pride in everything that he does which is evidenced by the level of success he’s achieved at such a young age. He is a hoop nut and a true coach at heart. His humility, confidence, and obsession for preparation commands a genuine respect from others, and It’s no mystery that his players love playing for him and that he has success wherever he goes. Above it all he is a great man, husband, and father, and I am lucky to call him a friend.
