Startup executive, former Microsoft product lead, psychedelic advocate, father, husband, and champion of “radically transparent spirituality”, Sébastien Fouillade is a modern anomaly. Although his 26+ years of experience and his portfolio of tech, product development, and leadership successes are impressive, it’s the openness and authenticity with which Sébastien balances both his spiritual side with his ambitious achievements that sets him apart. Though Sébastien had his first “out of body awakening” in 2011, he only officially “came out of the spiritual closet” recently (in 2019); confronting the stigma associated with psychedelics head on. Since then Sébastien has boldly redefined inclusion in the workplace; challenging cultural norms around how to successfully interweave your spiritual life with your work life. Today, Sébastien works at the forefront of tech and psychedelics. He’s the Chief Journey Officer at Dvija Psychedelics, an advisor for Fraqtal, and a founder for a new Stealth startup in the Psychedelics space. In addition to his startup portfolio he’s the host of Leadershipadelics (a top psychedelic podcast that interviews world class entrepreneurs and leaders who have had impactful experiences with psychedelics) where he’s a powerful advocate for spiritual sovereignty; encouraging everyone to be authentic in sharing their own life path.
