Dr Barry Blundell spoke about historical crimes in the Port, and the architecture of Port Adelaide.

He is a retired Police officer with 42 years’ experience, including 30 years as a Detective. 

In 2014 Barry was awarded the South Australia Police Leadership and Efficiency medal in recognition of his work in the field of electronic crime and electronic evidence. 

In 2015 Queen's Birthday Honours, Barry was awarded the Australian Police Medal for services to child abuse investigation and electronic crime investigation.

Barry is a member of the Police Historical Society, currently holding the position of secretary.
