Do you catch yourself saying:

I’ll start working out when life slows down

I’ll eat better when I have time

I’ll have more time when the kids are gone

Someday I’ll start gardening

We push our start to our life for the future - but, what are we waiting for? Really, What are we waiting for?? We get one shot at life and there isn’t a pause button to wait for someday.
