In this first episode of the Teach Like A Man podcast, I discuss the 4th of July, our nation's Independence Day, and the significance of freedom of speech, and how and why we must encourage open discussions in our classroom. As a veteran, this day is very important to me. I also discuss the importance of having positive male role models in education and the related topics we will be discussing more in-depth in future episodes.
