001: Introduction/Intention Setting
Welcome to the first episode of the Glitter and Sage podcast! Before we get into our flow of episodes featuring conversations with special guests, I felt it was important to come in and introduce myself, and set some intentions for this podcast.
In this episode I share:
-about my background in the two worlds of live music and yoga/wellness
-my healing journey (feeling vulnerable!)
-my intention setting practice, as well as what I am calling in for this podcast
-a look ahead to some of our upcoming guests, including the band Calliope Musicals, tabla player/world percussionist Arjun Bruggeman, and musician Adam Fichtelberg
-playing the Shruti box, sending the intentions into the universe by the vibrations of sound
