For UGC and for models, usually these people are not getting paid. They want to barter services. Make sure you have some kind of contract, want to make sure usage, deliverables, scope of work is in there.

When it comes to influencers, we want to gain their influence. Don't look for influencers that are not local to your area. Make sure you have something contractual big with them. I would prefer to pay an influencer than to barter services.

Local hotspots. You don't want to be collaborating with someone in LA and you're in New York. Let them know in this industry, these are higher based services. Make sure you put in the contract that you will need to come back for a follow up.
