Everyone knows the term Midlife crisis but for me it was a 'breakthrough' moment, a chance to sit down and reflect, pause for thought and make fundamental changes to my life. 2020 started off with a relationship breakup, covid outbreak and national lockdown. Feelings of fear, abandonment, and isolation rose to the surface balanced with moments of true joy, peace and optimism. My virgin podcast and one in which I plan to share my experiences to date, the highs & lows, the wave of emotions. life after divorce, switching to a vegetarian diet & seeking out spiritualism.
