Ugh. I guess it’s time to confront that dysfunctional relationship… Good morning! 

Have you been adding positivity or negativity to your relationship?  Are you giving and receiving in balance?  Are you praising or are you complaining?  What vibes have you been adding to the mix??  What is the other person adding in?  Are you compassionate to how everyone feels?  How are your expectations influencing you?  Be aware. 

Low energy like low self-esteem can be detrimental to relationships.  It's really time to be honest with where you and your relationships are at.  Be solution oriented - not focused on problems.  Trust the process and celebrate the progress.  Let the true nature of the partnership reveal itself to you.  Invest in what is meaningful for you as your energy always influences everything.  If it is toxic - GET OUT. 

Forgive.  Release.  Let go of resentment. Quit being so judgmental in your life.  Let Forgiveness be the most popular F word in your life!!
