Allow me to introduce myself... My name is Xavier Finch. I'm the founder and Chief advocate for small service centered business owners and entrepreneurs. 

Throughout my career as a creative, I've often been faced with many challenges around keeping up with the day to day tasks it takes to run a profitable business. The marketing, the proposal writing, the follow ups and the lead tracking and ultimately falling short. I know what it like to be the person with a skill set that has to do it all barely leaving any time to do what we really love and went into business to do.
