Alex is a true friend, neighbor and all around fantastic guest for the show.  At the time of this recording Alex owned a home in durham, did some work to it we discuss, also before moving here worked in mold remediation in the DC area.  Alex is a fellow dog owner, Sky and William have become fast friends.
