The disciples tried to deliver a demon-oppressed boy but failed. They didn’t attempt to explain the lack of performance; neither did they conclude that Christ’s power and Word does not work; nor did they give up on the faith altogether. THEY WENT BACK TO HIM TO FIND OUT WHY and Christ gave them the insight they needed.

So I wrap up this series regarding my desires in my faith pursuit by praying according to Ephesians 1:16 downwards:

“Give me your Spirit of wisdom and revelation that I may know...”
