Ricky Sailor is Founder/President of Football Operations at RLS Sports Management Group. In 2010 he started Unsigned Preps, an organization that helped football student athletes acquire college scholarships. A desire to create a well rounded student athlete lead to everything from leadership conferences, ACT/SAT prep, football camps/combines, community service projects and much more. His desire has always been to "take care of the players".
