As a new educator, you will have challenges. You will be challenged for graduating at the prestigious University and everyone will expect miracles from you, and you will also be challenged from building the foundation or becoming creative in your teaching and learning. Ignore all the noises and do what you believe in! Weigh in the impact and execute as planned or wished. Remember, you are judging yourself and  no one else should judge you!
