This is my second (but first official topic) podcast episode, where I speak briefly on connection. Connecting with others is very important and part of the Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, under 'Love and Belonging'. We don't need a physical relationship with someone in order to fill this need however it can easily be filled with friendships or even belonging to a community (i.e Police/Fire Dept, Military Branch, etc).
